RETURN POLICY

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Our return policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days of original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return your product, you should email
contact@185candle.com to initiate process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems. Orders that return to our facilities as being undeliverable as addressed by the carriers will be subject to an automatic refund (less shipping) issued back to the original form of payment within 7 business days of its return.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
$10.00 flat rate for US Customers under $99. Orders over $100 ship free via USPS Priority Mail. Our default carrier option is Priority Mail - which takes 2-3 business days to arrive (on average).Packages usually arrives 5-10 business days after an order is placed.  USPS Priority generally take 2-3 business days to arrive, but travel times are subject to fluctuate as of late due to demand increase any postal and COVID-19-related issues.IMPORTANT COVID-19 GUIDELINE: Due to Covid-19 there may be delays outside of our control. From time to time, we will conduct audit and sanitization in our location to ensure safety for everyone. These activities may delay fulfillment by 1-2 business days. We thank you for your patience and understanding.You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGWe are offering International shipping. Ship costs can be found at checkout, and it is automatically priced by our selected couriers.
